Our shipping process is designed to provide transparency to our customers world-wide. Please read through the entire page for more information.

1. AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT

The order will be processed on a business day after the order is placed from your end. Note that the orders placed on a public holiday/weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Here are some bifurcations as per the delivery zones as we process our order’s shipping charges based on the below information:

  • Delivery Zone A – Local – This includes all locations within the city limits. Orders within the city will be delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Zone B – Zonal – This includes the locations within 500 Kms outside the City. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Zone C – Metro to Metro – This includes Metro to Metro delivery (500 to 1400 Kms / 1401 to 2500 Kms). Orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Zone D – National – This includes locations from Metro to other regions (500 to 1400 Kms / 1401 to 2500 Kms). Orders will be delivered within 5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Delivery Zone E – Remote Area – This includes location from remote and beyond (Over 2500 Kms). Orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

The orders are always shipped in the most efficient and fastest possible methods, through land or air. Shipping Delays are subject to unforeseen circumstances like carrier issues, inspections, irregular weather, etc.

2. SHIPPING RATES

The shipping charges are usually calculated based on the weight/volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher) and the delivery zone it falls into.
